Section 1 sits at the front of the subdivision, starting at the entrance, while Section 2 begins after the creek that cuts across Woodlake Drive shortly after the first turn onto Riva Ridge as you drive toward the lake. The WPA governs only Section 2. It’s also important to understand that Section 2 grew in three phases in the 1970s and 1980s, as developers added lots, and each phase has different restrictions and covenants.
