Architectural Requests

Planning an exterior improvement or property addition? Please review your covenants & restrictions for guidance then submit the appropriate architectural request forms prior to starting any improvements. These requests help preserve the character, safety, and overall appearance of the Woodlake community while ensuring compliance with neighborhood guidelines.

This section contains the official governing documents for the Woodlake HOA, including deed restrictions, bylaws, plats, and community guidelines. Financials

Each fall, the Board develops the annual budget and sets the membership fees for the upcoming year. Monthly profit and loss statements are presented during Board meetings, which members are always welcome to attend. Additionally, an overview of income and expenses is shared at the annual member meeting every January.
