Katherine contacted the Website Designer concerning the speed of the site, as well as accessing the Calendar. He did respond to her concerns, and she will look at the site this month to see if there is improvement.
Stacie has drafted a letter to go out to all Woodlake residents. The letter addresses the pumping of water from the lake for purposes of irrigation, as discussed in our July meeting with Mr. Rierson. The letter is ready to go out and she is waiting on David to provide the mailing labels for the residents. Once received, she will get the letters in the mail.

Huff- Going to make payment to Derry, in order to get new key for commons area.

Also, a new guideline is to be put in place regarding past due fees. After the Second year due date, plus 90 days, the Board will file a lien on the property.
Following this guideline is critical for purposes of CONSISTENCY.
To the Board’s knowledge, Dan Mizer and David Wilkerson are working on getting a quote from Total Lake Management for Dredging the Lake.
Charlie is still working on summarizing the Comprehensive Plans.
Stacie is meeting with Jim Bob Ward regarding the re-building of the floating dock in the Commons Area.
NEW BUSINESS:
Questions and concerns about the water supply available for Fire Departments came up from George Rogers and Kirk Huff. The pump in the Commons Area has run dry. George and Kirk offered to extend the pipe, with funding from the Board, to get it deeper into the lake.
Charlie will call the South Brazos Valley Volunteer Fire Dept and discuss the likelihood of them using this as a water source in the event of a fire in our neighborhood. We will address the issue again next month.
The next meeting is scheduled for September 11th at 7:00pm in the Commons Area.
Meeting was adjourned.
