WPA covenants and restrictions require that all improvements to your property require approval by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). WPA has an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) comprised of three WPA lot owners who volunteered to serve in this capacity. A request form was developed to help ease the process for homeowners and the newly formed ACC. The form will help homeowners by identifying all the necessary documents needed for a comprehensive submission and it will also provide all of the necessary information for the ACC to review thus making the whole process move more quickly. Welcome 2022!
As we move away from 2021 and begin to plan events for 2022, it seems that we’ll be able to once again enjoy neighborhood gatherings and functions! Hooray! Oh how we’ve missed seeing all of your faces and visiting with our friends and neighbors!
The WPA board is looking forward to planning a spring fishing tournament, a springtime neighborhood-wide garage sale, some possible work days and our favorite, the cookout and hayride in the fall! Tune in for details!
