Architectural Control Request Form
WPA covenants and restrictions require that all improvements to your property require approval by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). WPA has an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) comprised of three WPA lot owners who volunteered to serve in this capacity. A request form was developed to help ease the process for homeowners and the newly formed ACC. The form will help homeowners by identifying all the necessary documents needed for a comprehensive submission and it will also provide all of the necessary information for the ACC to review thus making the whole process move more quickly. 2023 WPA Annual Meeting To Be Held January 23, 2023
WPA members and associate members are encouraged to attend the 2023 WPA Annual Meeting to be held on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 7 PM. The meeting will be conducted via ZOOM. To obtain log in information for the meeting please email a request to secretary@woodlake.org. We hope to see you there!
